What to expect
During your free 15-minute consultation, we will discuss the nature of the problem and determine together if I am the right fit for you to achieve your goals. Once we agree to begin our work, our sessions will be take place over a HIPAA compliant telehealth system. This means that you will be able to complete our meetings in a place you feel comfortable and secure.
I will get to learn more about you and we will create your goals for therapy together, and will revisit and make adjustments as necessary.
FAQs
Do you take insurance?
I am currently paneled with United Health Care (UHC), and Aetna. IÂ do not accept other insurances at this time, but at your request I will provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit for reimbursement to your insurance provider if you have "out of network" benefits.
How long does each therapy session take?
Each session will last 50 minutes. The frequency of meetings will depend on the nature and severity of the problem, and other situational factors.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes, I do offer a sliding scale that we can discuss if you are unable to pay the full fee. We can also discuss alternative options like referral to another resource.
